Odometer readings, timestamps, and GPS locations are automatically recorded and transmitted to dispatch when drivers pick up and drop off clients. Noteworthy features include the ability to collect client signatures directly on the iOS device, mark trips as No Show, assign trips to specific routes, and utilize Siri Shortcut for quick access to trip details.

Furthermore, the app offers comprehensive functionalities such as viewing the entire fleet of vehicles on a map, accessing the historical data of individual vehicles, and customizing the displayed list of trips. Regardless of cellular connectivity, ParaPlan ensures seamless operation by recording driver actions in offline mode and syncing data with the database once a WiFi connection is established.
